Olson & Burns PC has been serving clients throughout North Dakota since 1985. The firm’s six attorneys offer services on legal matters ranging from general litigation to probate, estate planning, real estate law,  business planning, and commercial transactions, with a strong emphasis on representation of financial institutions.  We currently represent more than 40 banks and other financial institutions throughout the state.  We also represent many business clients and many individuals on a wide range of issues.  We do not practice criminal law or family law.

We regularly appear in all state and federal courts in North Dakota. Members of our firm have handled more than 50 North Dakota Supreme Court Appeals. Our attorney have also appeared and argued cases in the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Our attorneys are active in North Dakota Supreme Court committees and Bar Association Committees.
